Vivah Koash (Marriage Fund)

Vivah Koash (Marriage Fund) was established in 1980, to support widow or incapable brothers of our community for the marriage of their daughters. Fund was established by Mr. Mahavir Prasad Singhal and Mr. Jai Lal Gupta. Initially very nominal amount was given for marriage, but now we have accumulated decent fund amount to support our incapable sisters and brothers.

Samaj Sahayata Koash

In the year 1959, to support orphans, old, widow and disabled of the community, Samaj Sahayata Koash was established. Establishing such fund was suggestion of Dr. Dev Prakash Gupta. In 1960 it got registered and donation given to this fund is tax free under Indian Income Tax section 80-G. To make sure that the funds are properly utilized, in 1992 a trust was established to take care of the funds. Seven trustees were also appointed. There are 45 patrons, 86 sub patrons and 77 life members.

Any donor can also start a fund by their name or in the memory of their loved one by giving Rs. 5000 or more.
